Welcome to use new kind material for making asphalt felt and water proofing--- fiberglass reinforced PE non-woven tissue. Traditionally, it uses fiberglass thin felt with reinforced threads of 66pcs in each meter to make product with properties of water-proofing used in roofing, underground and asphalt materials. Usually, we call that felt fiberglass roofing tissue. In recent years, due to price of fiberglass products become higher and higher and in order to decrease cost, many customers source thin tissue from 60g/㎡ lower to 50g/㎡ ,even 45g/㎡ in the last year. Finally, it results in the quality is worse and worse. For the purpose to meet requirement of clients from Iran, Russian and other middle east countries and considering Europeans are used to adopt PE asphalt felt to manufacture asphalt waterproof materials, our company works together with factories to use PE fabric which resistants to acid and alkali to develop out PE tissue. This is thin material and area weight is about 40g/㎡. Besides, in view of improve tensile strength, we adds 280k fiberglass roving in each meter on warp and 320k roving in each meter on weft and then compounds PE thin tissue into fiberglass reinforced PE non-woven tissue. Its total weight is 75g/m2.Each roll is 1m x 1100m and roll diameter is 0.78m. The max length can be produced to 2000m but in order to be loaded in one 40’ container. We decide to make it with 1100m. One 40’ container can load 108rolls, total 118800㎡. Its price is FOB 0.097USD/㎡. This new material is not only help customer to decrease cost but also increase tensile strength which 260N on warp and 210N on weft. Hence, it is better than fiberglass roofing tissue of 45g/㎡ and 50g/㎡. Now the product has been purchased by Russian. Also we invite clients from Iran, Middle East and European countries who require tissue 45g/㎡ in big quantities to draw more attention to that and use it in further.
